Simple Pecan Catfish recipe
Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets.
1 cup of ground pecans.
3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
2 tablespoons of milk.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 500°F.
In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard and milk.
Dip the catfish fillets into mustard mixture, then dip into the ground pecans, shaking off excess.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Oven-fry for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
