Lemon Catfish recipe
Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets, thawed.
¼ cup of fresh lemon juice.
¼ cup of oil.
1 teaspoon of dry minced onion.
½ teaspoon of garlic salt.
¼ teaspoon of hot pepper sauce.
4 lemon wedges.
Directions:
Rinse the catfish fillets and blot dry.
In a flat casserole dish, combine the lemon juice, oil, onion, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce.
Add the fillets to the mixture and marinate for 8 hours or overnight in your refrigerator, turning a few times.
Grill the fish fillets over medium-hot coals for about 5-8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste with the marinade while cooking.
Squeeze the lemon wedges and serve.
