Catfish Parmesan recipe


2 lbs of catfish fillets.
1 cup of sour cream.
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of grated onion.
½ teaspoon of salt.
1 dash of hot pepper.


Place the fish fillets in a single layer in a well greased 12*8*2-inch baking dish.

Combine all of the other ingredients except the paprika.

Spread the this mixture over the catfish.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes or until the catfish flakes easily.
