Blackened Catfish recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs of catfish fillets.
2 sticks of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of rosemary, crushed.
½ teaspoon of tarragon.
1 ½ tablespoons of paprika.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of onion salt.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Directions:
Mix together the butter, cayenne, black pepper, rosemary, tarragon, paprika, salt, onion salt and garlic poweder.
Dip the catfish fillets in the seasoned butter mixture.
Grill on a hot grill (outside), turning once using a long spatula.
